Ingredients List

Pancit Base

  • Rice noodles

  • Cooking oil

Seafood Medley:

  • 1/4lb Shrimp

  • 1/4lb Squid

  • 1/4lb Pork

  • 6 Mussels

Sauce:

  • 1 Tbsp Achuete / Annatto oil

  • 4 Tbsp Crab fat

  • 1/2 c Onions

  • 4 Tbsp Garlic

  • 1-2 tsp Salt & pepper

Additional Toppings:

  • 1/2c Chicharron

  • 3 Tbsp Green onions

  • 2 Boiled egg

  • 2Tbsp Fried garlic
